These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdvanzoSports website and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

AdvanzoSports operates a sports marketplace that connects customers with sports clubs and venues. Clubs and sports businesses operate independently. The facilities, sessions, and day-of experience are provided by the club you book with — not by AdvanzoSports directly.

You may use the Platform to discover sports, cities, clubs, and venues; view facilities and bookable resources; check availability; request or confirm bookings where offered; and manage your customer account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to sports discovery, booking, and club operations.

AdvanzoSports uses one global user account per person. Your sign-in credentials protect that account across the Platform.

When you book with a club, a club-specific customer relationship may be created so that club can manage bookings and customer records for its own venue.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may sign in with a password or with supported third-party identity providers (such as Google) where those options are configured.

AdvanzoSports may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the Platform, provide false information, or breach these Terms.

Bookings are subject to availability and pricing determined by the club’s rates and the Platform’s booking rules at the time you confirm.

A booking may move through statuses such as pending, confirmed, cancelled, or completed. The status shown in your account reflects the current state of that booking.

A confirmed booking is the scheduling arrangement between you and the relevant club for that session. AdvanzoSports facilitates discovery and booking workflows; the club remains responsible for delivering the facility or service.

Availability or pricing may change before a booking is fully confirmed. Outcomes can differ if a slot is no longer available when confirmation is completed.

Payment options depend on what is enabled for a club and for the Platform. Online card collection may not be available for every booking.

Where a booking shows an unpaid or partial balance, you remain responsible for settling charges according to the club’s instructions and the payment methods they support.

Clubs may record payments and refunds through their club portal. Any amounts, methods, or settlement details shown for a booking reflect that club’s records and the Platform’s payment status fields.

Cancellation and change rules can vary by club, resource, and booking status. Where cancellation is available in the Platform, use the booking detail flow in your account or ask the club for help.

Clubs may cancel or reschedule when operationally required — for example, facility issues or staff constraints. Contact the club or AdvanzoSports support if you need assistance.

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the circumstances of the booking, the club’s practices, and what has been recorded for that booking. These Terms do not guarantee a refund in every case.

Clubs and sports businesses are responsible for the accuracy of facility and resource information, the pricing rates they configure, on-site safety and access, and customer service for sessions at their venues.

Club staff may only use customer information associated with their club relationship, as described in the Privacy Policy. Club data and staff access are scoped to that club’s tenant context.

Customers must arrive on time, follow venue rules, and treat facilities, staff, and other players respectfully.

Misuse of the Platform, fraudulent bookings, or abusive behaviour may result in suspension of access.

You must not attempt to disrupt the Platform, scrape data beyond ordinary browser use, reverse engineer systems for improper purposes, or access accounts that do not belong to you.

You must not use the Platform to harass others, publish illegal content, or interfere with clubs’ operations.

The AdvanzoSports name, brand assets, site design, and software remain owned by AdvanzoSports or its licensors. Clubs retain rights in their own marks and content they supply.

You may not use Platform branding without prior written permission.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may affect features.

Booking outcomes may be affected if availability or pricing changes before confirmation is completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdvanzoSports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.

AdvanzoSports is not responsible for the on-site delivery, condition, or safety of club facilities and sessions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by notice where appropriate.
