This Privacy Policy explains how AdvanzoSports (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and services.

AdvanzoSports runs a multi-tenant sports marketplace. Customers have one global account. Separately, each club you interact with may keep its own customer relationship for bookings and venue operations.

This policy describes how the product behaves today. It does not claim certifications or legal frameworks that have not been formally adopted.

We collect information you provide directly, information created when you use the Platform (such as bookings), and limited technical data needed to run the service securely.

When you register, we store profile details such as name, email address, and a securely hashed password — or identity details from a supported social login provider.

If you sign in with Google, we may receive your Google account identifier, name, email, and avatar URL, and store what is needed to create or link your AdvanzoSports account.

Email verification timestamps and password reset tokens are used only for account security flows.

When you book, we process session details such as club, facility or resource, scheduled times, price quotes or totals, booking status, payment status fields, and a public booking reference.

Notes or customer context linked to a booking may be visible to staff of the relevant club.

You keep one global AdvanzoSports account.

Separately, each club you book with or interact with may maintain a customer relationship used for that venue’s CRM and booking operations.

Staff of a club can access customer information tied to that club’s relationship. They should not receive unrestricted access to your activity at unrelated clubs.

Club staff accounts and permissions apply only within their club’s tenant context.

If you use the Contact page, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you submit so we can review and respond to your enquiry.

We use personal information to provide accounts, marketplace browsing, availability checks, booking workflows, customer support, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

We may use aggregated or de-identified insights to understand marketplace performance without identifying individuals where feasible.

We use session cookies and similar technologies required for authentication, CSRF protection, and basic site function.

Preference or session storage may be used for interface state where those features are implemented.

We do not currently operate a named third-party product analytics suite on the public marketplace.

Operational logs and diagnostics may record technical events needed to keep the Platform reliable and secure. Error monitoring tools may be enabled in some deployments for that purpose.

We use service providers that help run the Platform — for example hosting, email delivery, or identity providers.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services under our configuration.

When Google Sign-In or Google One Tap is enabled, authentication is handled through Google’s OAuth and Identity Services.

Google may show its own account chooser or One Tap prompt according to Google’s policies and your browser settings.

We receive tokens and profile fields required to identify or create your AdvanzoSports user record. Client secrets are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser.

Google’s own privacy policy covers how Google processes authentication data.

We retain account and booking records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, fulfil bookings, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

You may request account closure, subject to any residual legal or operational retention needs.

We apply standard application security practices, including hashed passwords, session-based authentication, CSRF protection, and tenant-scoped access control for club data.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report suspected issues through the Contact page.

You can review and update many account details from your profile where that feature is available.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Send requests through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
