Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AdvanzoSports (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and services.
AdvanzoSports operates a multi-tenant sports marketplace: customers have one global account, while clubs maintain separate customer relationships for people who book with them.
We do not claim certifications or compliance frameworks that have not been formally implemented. This policy is intended as a clear operational description of current product behaviour.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through use of the Platform, and limited technical data needed to operate the service securely.
Account information
When you register, we store profile details such as name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) or identity data from supported social login providers.
If you sign in with Google, we may receive your Google account identifier, name, email, and avatar URL, and store what we need to create or link your global AdvanzoSports account.
Email verification timestamps and password reset tokens are used only for account security flows.
Booking information
When you book, we process session details such as club, facility or resource, scheduled times, pricing quote or totals, booking status, and public booking references.
Notes or customer context associated with a booking may be visible to the relevant club’s staff.
Club / customer relationship data
AdvanzoSports maintains one global customer account per person.
Separately, each club you interact with may have a tenant-specific customer relationship record used for CRM and booking operations at that venue.
A club’s staff can access customer information associated with that club relationship. Clubs should not receive unrestricted access to your activity at unrelated clubs.
Club staff accounts and permissions are limited to their tenant (club) context.
How information is used
We use personal information to provide accounts, marketplace browsing, availability checks, booking workflows, customer support, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
We may use aggregated or de-identified insights to understand marketplace performance without identifying individuals where feasible.
Analytics
Where analytics are not configured, usage data remains limited to application logs and operational diagnostics.
Third-party services
We use service providers that help run the Platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, or identity providers).
These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services under our configuration.
Google authentication
When Google Sign-In or Google One Tap is enabled, authentication is handled via Google’s OAuth / Identity Services.
Google may show its own account chooser or One Tap prompt according to Google’s policies and your browser settings.
We receive tokens and profile fields required to identify or create your AdvanzoSports user record. Client secrets are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser.
You can review Google’s own privacy policy for how Google processes authentication data.
Data retention
We retain account and booking records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, fulfil bookings, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
You may request account closure subject to residual legal or operational retention needs (for example, financial records where applicable).
Security
We apply standard application security practices including hashed passwords, session-based authentication, CSRF protection, and access control by tenant for club data.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report suspected issues via the Contact page.
User rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing.
Use your account profile where available, or contact us via the Contact page to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
